Terms & Conditions for Course Bookings

1. The Listening Pro-gram® (TLP) training course fee of £265 + Vat if booked up to one calendar month before the required course. The course fee is £290 + Vat if booked within one calendar month. The fee includes the cost of the two day training, lunch, refreshments and course manual.

2. TLP CD's and iListen can be purchased on completion of the two day course. CD Players, headphones and other products are also available from Learning Solutions.

3. To gain the qualifi-cation of 'Authorised Provider of The Listening Program®', a copy of a relevant degree certifi-cate is required either by post or by fax to Learning Solutions no later than 14 days before the course to be attended. This is a requirement made by Advanced Brain Techno-logies in the USA. Learning Solutions rep-resent Advanced Brain Technologies USA, for TLP in the UK.

4. In the event of a cancellation of a course place, the following applies:

a. Cancellation within 14 days of the course taking place - an administration fee of £100 + Vat is payable.

b. Cancellation within 24 hours of the course commencement, or non attendance – 90% of the full course fee will be payable.

5. In the event of transferring from one course to another, the following applies:

a. An admin fee of £25 + Vat is payable on any course transfer.

b. Transfer within 14 days of the course taking place – a transfer fee of £50 + Vat is payable.

c. Transfer within 3 working days of the beginning of the course – a transfer fee of £100 + Vat is payable.
